Your core supports your entire body. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.  Strengthening your core leads to better balance, stability, and therefore a better quality of life.

For those who might need extra assistance during exercise,  a chair will be provided as a safety measure. Join us to maintain or improve your core!

2025 Change to Program Policy- Health/Fitness Classes

Effective, January 1, 2025, health/fitness classes will be drop-in only (we are removing our session option). Prices at this time for drop in will remain the same as 2024.
