Ordinance Enforcement

Upon notification or discovery of an ordinance violation, a notice of violation is sent to the property owner and/or agent.  Continued violation is subject to the issuance of citations and/or civil legal procedures.

You may file a complaint electronically by completing the ordinance complaint form (see blue side bar to the left) or by calling and leaving a detailed message.   Complaints submitted electronically will be given a response.  When leaving a telephone complaint, a response to your complaint will be given if you leave your contact information.
