Senior Welfare Contact Program
The Senior Welfare Contact program is a concept of cooperation between law enforcement and seniors in the community to reduce criminal victimization of the elderly, provide home security checks, establish neighborhood watch programs, and conduct monthly welfare checks.
By participating in the program, seniors will have a representative from the police department that will contact them monthly, check their wellbeing and address concerns or problems in the community.
The White Lake Township Police Department in conjunction with White Lake Township Dublin Senior Center will assist our seniors in finding local, county and state resources. These types of resources will help our senior’s quality of life and assist them in remaining safely and independently in their own homes.
If you or someone you know needs assistance and would benefit from this program, please call the White Lake Township Police Department at 248-698-4400.
