Human Resources Generalist

White Lake Township is accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist.  This is a full-time professional position responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the township including benefit administration, developing company policies and practices and assisting in collective bargaining negotiations. 

A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Management or a related field and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources is required. Experience working with unions is preferred.
