This is a fun, social exercise for active seniors. Improve your stamina, strength, and flexibility. Workout to great music such as big bands, oldies, and rock & roll. Each workout includes aerobics (adaptable for low or high), strength training and stretching.
Exercises are adjustable to your pace and fitness level.

2025 Change to Program Policy- Health/Fitness Classes
Effective, January 1, 2025, health/fitness classes will be drop-in only (we are removing our session option). Prices at this time for drop in will remain the same as 2024.
