White Lake Township offers a comprehensive benefit plan to employees.  Benefits include two low deductible Health Insurance Plans through Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Optical and Dental benefits, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability Plans, a Flexible Spending Account, and an Employee Assistance Program. 

The Township also provides a MERS defined benefit pension plan for all full-time employees, the option to enroll in a 457 Plan and a retiree Health Care Savings Plan.
