RENTAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

Rental properties within White Lake Township are now required to be registered, inspected and certified. 

No owner/agent shall lease, rent, use, operate or occupy, or cause to be leased, rented, used, operated or occupied rental property within the boundaries of White Lake Township, without a valid property certification in accordance with the rental property ordinance. Certification is issued by the Township Building Official after the rental property has been inspected and is found compliant with the provisions of the code and ordinances of White Lake Township.

Inspections are required within 45 days of registration.  Residential property rental inspections are scheduled on Fridays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
