NOTICE OF SALE

White Lake Township is holding a public auction offering used fleet vehicles for sale to the highest bidder. (Vehicles listed below)

Date of Sale:               Thursday, March 6, 2025

Time of Sale:              1:00 p.m.

Location of Sale:       White Lake Township Clerk’s Office
                                     7525 Highland Road
                                     White Lake, MI 48383

Written bids must be sealed and submitted to the White Lake Township Clerk’s Office at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, MI 48383. Mark all submissions: POLICE VEHICLE AUCTION. All bids must clearly indicate the specific vehicle for which the bid is intended by including the vehicle number as assigned in listing along with year, make and model.

The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Township. No faxed bids will be accepted. Vehicles will be sold as is.  Submissions received after Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. will not be accepted. Payment must be made by cash or certified funds at the time and date of the auction.
