Fence Permit Application

Residential properties do not require a fence permit, except for in the case of pool fences (Barrier Requirements, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code).  

However, you must know where your property lines are located, and you must adhere to the White Lake Township Clear Zoning Ordinance Article 5.0 Site Standards (5.12 Fences, Walls and Other Protective Barriers).
