Affidavit to Claim Small Business Property Tax Exemption Form 5076

Affidavit to Claim Small Business Property Tax Exemption (Form 5076) must be completed and delivered to the Assessor not later than February 20th (postmark acceptable) if the True Cash Value of the personal property was less than $80,000 on December 31, 2023. To claim an exemption for personal property with a combined true cash value equal to or greater than $80,000 and less than $180,000, Form 5076 along with Form 632 Personal Property Statement must be filed ANNUALLY.
