NOTICE OF ADOPTION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE II – COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY CODE OF THE WHITE LAKE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that at a regular board meeting on May 16, 2023 held in accordance with Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, the Charter Township of White Lake adopted amendments to Chapter 12, Article II, Sections 19-28 of the White Lake Township Code of Ordinances, commonly referred to as the Corridor Improvement Authority Code (CIA).
An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 12, Article II of the Charter Township of White Lake Code of Ordinance, in its entirety, to update the statutory references to Public Act 57 of 2018, to update the parcel numbers of the established corridor improvement authority development area, to change the number of authority board members, and to update the instances when amendments to this Ordinance will be filed with the secretary of state to be consistent with Public Act No. 57 of 2018.
THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WHITE LAKE ORDAINS:

This Ordinance will be in effect thirty (30) days after publication. A true copy of this ordinance amendment is available in its entirety for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (excluding holidays) and on the Township’s website at www.whitelaketwp.com (Click Attachment).
