ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES
PART TIME / SEASONAL

Application are being accepted for a part time Administrative Aide.  This position is part time and seasonal, 24 – 30 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming a full time position.  The hourly wage is $15.58.

This position is under the immediate supervision of the Public Services Director and will provide a variety of administrative support to the DPS Director and the department.  Primary responsibilities include answering customer and resident questions, maintaining office files, preparing various reports and correspondence and other clerical functions supporting utility operations as assigned.  

This position requires two or more years of administrative experience or customer service in an office environment or working with the public.  Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.  Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and Outlook required.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  A complete job description is posted on the township website.
